Orders are typically processed within 1 - 3 business days, but may take up to 5 business days to be shipped.

Orders are usually shipped via USPS, but depending on the size of the order they may also be shipped using other carriers like UPS or FedEx. A tracking number is always provided regardless of the carrier.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and in new condition. Return shipping expenses are the responsibly of the customer making the return.

If the order is damaged in transit, please respond to the order confirmation email within 3 business days of delivery and provide details and images of the issue.
